The Speaker
Demetrius Irick, M.S. is a Transformation Coach, Spiritual Teacher, Author, Minister, Metaphysician, and Founder of InnerCoded™ Enterprises. He is a doctoral candidate in Management & Leadership and the architect of the ASCEND™ framework — an 18-stage proprietary model for human transformation rooted in lived experience and emerging scholarship.
His research sits at the intersection of transformational leadership, identity reconstruction, and the organizational behavior of men navigating reentry and restoration — grounding the framework he built from testimony in the academic language of leadership and identity theory.
His story is not borrowed. He has walked through incarceration, reconstruction, and restoration. He completed his Master's degree in Computer Information Systems while rebuilding his life from the ground up. He carries a ministerial lineage that spans multiple generations.
