InnerCoded™ is the transformation coaching and education business of Demetrius Irick, built around the proprietary ASCEND™ Framework. InnerCoded™ Foundation is our affiliated nonprofit (501(c)(3) status pending); where these Terms refer to "InnerCoded™," they cover both the for-profit and nonprofit activities offered through this Site unless stated otherwise.

InnerCoded™ provides transformation coaching, education, and personal-development content. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, and Demetrius Irick and InnerCoded™ are not acting as your therapist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor. The ASCEND™ Assessment, Optimus AI guide, coaching sessions, and all content on the Site are for educational and personal-development purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or, in the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Some parts of the Site (such as program enrollment and member resources) require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Prices for digital products, coaching programs, certification, licensing, and events are listed on the Site and are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Digital products (workbooks, audio sessions, guides, and similar downloadable materials) are delivered electronically. Because these items are accessible immediately upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Coaching, certification, licensing, and speaking engagements are governed by the specific terms, schedule, and cancellation policy communicated to you at the time of booking. Where no separate agreement is signed, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact info@innercoded.com.

The ASCEND™ Framework, InnerCoded™ name and logo, and all content on the Site — including text, courses, workbooks, audio, video, and the "Spiritual Warrior" and "Ancient Wisdom" book series — are the property of InnerCoded™ Enterprises or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Purchasing a digital product or enrolling in a program gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use that material for your own growth. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or use our content to create a competing product or program without our written permission. Organizations that license the ASCEND™ curriculum do so under a separate licensing agreement.

If you post reflections, comments, or other content in community areas of the member platform, you retain ownership of what you write, but you grant InnerCoded™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it within the platform to operate the community feature. Don't post anything abusive, illegal, or that violates someone else's rights — we may remove content or restrict accounts that do.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its normal operation, scraping content without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Site and all content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific outcomes, income, healing, or results from coaching, programs, or products — transformation work depends on your own effort and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnerCoded™ Enterprises, Demetrius Irick, and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed agreement (such as a coaching or licensing contract) states otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
