ASCEND™ Program
You're Not Working With a Theory.
You're Working With a Testimony.
Demetrius Irick, M.S. is a Transformation Coach, Spiritual Teacher, Author, Minister, Metaphysician, Doctoral Candidate in Management & Leadership, and Founder of InnerCoded™ Enterprises. He is the architect of the ASCEND™ framework — an 18-stage model for personal transformation rooted in lived experience, ancient wisdom, and emerging scholarship.
His story is not a concept. He has walked through incarceration, reconstruction, and restoration. He completed his Master's degree in Computer Information Systems while rebuilding his life. He is currently completing doctoral work in Management & Leadership — grounding the framework he built from testimony in the academic language of transformational leadership and identity theory.
He carries a ministerial lineage that spans multiple generations.
He does not teach what he hasn't lived. And he researches what he teaches.
Built by pain. Driven by purpose. Blessed by grace.
